Refund policy

General Information:

• Every customer is entitled to return items received from NIKIN within 20 days (exceptions: TreeSocks, TreeBoxers, TreeBottle, TreeMug & vouchers).
• Returned items must be sent back in a hygienically impeccable condition; otherwise, the right of return will lapse.
• TreeKini Bottoms may generally be returned. However, we only accept returns if the hygiene liner is still intact and undamaged. If there are clear signs of use or if the liner has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
• TreeBoxers & TreeSocks cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• In the event of a return, the shipping costs incurred by NIKIN will be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund amount, including in cases where the original order qualified for free shipping.
• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
