On Friday, 26 November Black Friday again instead of . Since 2018, NIKIN has been celebrating on this day the Green Friday : per product sold two trees planted , instead of a Tree. We are also launching this year additionally the Green November: together with over 30 Partners we collect during the Month November Money, to To support forest conservation projects in Switzerland and Germany. The goal of both campaigns is to set an example for more conscious consumption. With Green November, we also hope to inspire other companies from various industries.
How NIKIN Green November works
Together with our partners we offer no discounts, but donate a part of our turnover during Green November . NIKIN itself donates per order this month one franc or Euro . Our partners either donate a fixed amount or collect per selected unit of money. The entire sum goes to Switzerland Mountain forest project and in Germany TreePlanting Projects .
Green November supports forest protection projects
Bergwaldprojekt is a non-profit foundation based in Trin, in the canton of Graubünden. Since 1987, the foundation has been committed to the preservation, maintenance, and protection of forests. The German agency TreePlantingProject consists of a 15-person team and a volunteer community. Thanks to donations, they lease privately owned forests for seven years and establish climate-resilient mixed forests.
