Processing returns currently takes up to 2 weeks.
Here's how it works:

Have your order number and the email address you used to place the order ready. You can find them in your account or in the order confirmation email.

Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email.

Just follow the steps in the portal and you will receive instructions for returning the products directly to your email address.
