Once your circular garment is worn out, you can send the product back to us.

Here's how it works:

Please have your order number and the email address you used to place the order ready. You can find them in your account or in the order confirmation email. If you did not purchase a NIKIN Circular product in our webshop, please prepare a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please fill out the form below. Simply follow the questions in the "Circular Cashback" portal and provide the bank transfer information.

Once you have completed it, please expect a response from our customer support team within two business days.

How does our

"Circular Cashback" program?

It's simple: Once your circular garment is worn out, you can send it back to us. And we'll pay you for it.

Because you'll not only get something for the returned material, but also for having worn and cared for your product for a long time. For every full year of use, you'll receive additional cashback. Distributed over 5 years, you can get up to 25% of the original purchase price back, and depending on the product, that's between 10 and 35 Swiss Francs.

This way, your garment stays in the loop: New products of consistent quality are created from the returned material. Good for you and good for the environment.

Together, we close the loop and set an example for true sustainability in the fashion industry.
