How to determine your body weight

1. 1. Arm length: Keep your arms relaxed and slightly bent, then measure from the center of your neck over the shoulder to the elbow and then down to the wrist.

4. 4. Hip circumference: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then measure your hips at their widest point.
