How to determine your body weight

1. 1. Arm length: Keep your arms relaxed and slightly bent, then measure from the center of your neck over the shoulder to the elbow and then down to the wrist.
2. 2. Bust circumference: Keep your arms and shoulders relaxed and measure under your arms, across the fullest part of your chest.
3. 3. Waist circumference: Measure the narrowest part of your waist.
4. 4. Hip circumference: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then measure your hips at their widest point.
