Johanna Willi ( @ tinkle.hikes ) , 28, is originally from Graubünden but now lives in Zurich. The mountains and forests of her childhood shaped her, and even in the big city, nature remains her greatest source of balance. "Whether on hiking trails, in the Alps, or in the forest around the corner – I feel free and alive outdoors," she says.
Some dreams change your life forever. For Johanna, that was the Pacific Crest Trail in the USA – a hike of an incredible 4,300 kilometers. "This journey challenged me physically and mentally like nothing before. But it also showed me how little I actually need to be happy." An experience that still inspires her today.
