Vegan und schnell gemacht: Vanillekipferl - NIKIN CH

For the vegan version of the German-Austrian classic, the vanilla crescent, the butter is replaced with coconut oil or margarine. And if you want to bake low-carb or gluten-free vanilla crescents, you can replace the flour entirely with almond flour.

Have fun baking and enjoying!

I'm thrilled to be able to share one of my favorite pastimes with you. Cooking and baking have been a passion of mine since childhood. I love conjuring up delicious meals and dishes using high-quality ingredients. I love exploring different cuisines or improvising to create vegan alternatives. Vitamin-preserving preparation methods are just as important to me as focusing on seasonal and regional products.

I can even share my passion for cooking and baking with young people in my professional life as a secondary school teacher when I teach economics, work and home economics.

Other activities I enjoy are yoga, swimming (preferably in the sea), reading and spending time with my family or friends.
