We're happy to provide information, but it was about time for a more efficient solution than individual emails. NIKIN TreeTracker: Projects and partner organizations
We're working with the Canadian organization One Tree Planted to plant trees. This organization, together with local authorities and associations, manages various projects around the world. For one dollar each, they plant a tree. Local communities are involved whenever possible. The newly planted forests are also designed to be compatible with the existing flora and fauna and are designed to withstand climate change in the long term.
Changing the world with NIKIN Tree by Tree
One of the projects we support is the Araguaia Biodiversity Corridor. This corridor begins at the source of the Araguaia River in Emas National Park and stretches 2,600 km to Belem in northern Brazil, where the river flows into the Atlantic Ocean. The corridor project has a clear goal: to plant as many indigenous trees as possible. Of the 10.4 million hectares of land, 2 million hectares are to be reforested and 2.4 trillion trees are to be planted. The area includes two of the world's largest ecosystems: the Amazon rainforest and the Cerrado savannas.
